With over a decade of tax preparation and tax planning experience for all types of complex businesses and their owners, Krystal leads the firm with as a future tax firm visionary and implementer. As an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), which is the only federally-licensed tax practitioner designation awarded, gives her the authority to represent taxpayers and businesses before the IRS. Krystal is also a Certified Tax Coach (CTC), a tax reduction strategist who represents a leading group of tax professionals who are specially trained in the art of long-term, proactive tax planning. She's also seeking her certification in financial planning (CFP) as awarded by the CFP Board to provide clients with the highest standard of excellence in financial planning. She brings the highest levels of integrity, honesty, and expertise. Her fiduciary responsibility is taken seriously and client interests are put first and foremost.
Kim Stateler, EA
Kim is a Tax Consultant who works with individuals and small business owners to achieve optimal outcomes whether it be in preparing returns, forward thinking tax strategy or representing clients to the IRS.
Kim knows that for many clients, tax time can be daunting and is passionate about sharing her expertise and experience to put a more relatable human face to what might otherwise seem inscrutable processes and procedures. Combined with her belief in integrity without compromise, Kim empowers her clients to feel confident that they are making the best decisions they can to get their best outcomes.
Kim has been involved in assisting individuals in preparing and filing their own tax returns since 2015 in a variety of roles.

As an EA, Kim has unlimited practice rights before the IRS. Kim is also a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS). The American Society of Tax Problem Solvers is a national non-profit membership association that was founded in 2003 whose members specialize in representing taxpayers before the IRS and other taxing authorities. Membership in ASTPS reflects commitment to excellence and high standards in taxpayer representation.
